The programmes on line are-

Our integrated solution to:

  1. Conduct a “stress in the organisation” survey or audit – this to pinpoint the extent and nature of the problem
  2. Conduct individual 360 assessments – to identify those individuals who would benefit from a learning programme
  3. Provide online learning resources – by registering individuals (ideally in groups) on two consequtive eprogrammes
  4. Provide blended  and facilitated workshops throughout – to enthuse and support
  5. Link learning acquisition to application – via goal setting, action planning, and monitoring
  6. Support the learning process with knowledge tests
  7. Re-survey &/or re-assess for gap analysis – and identify further improvement action required

Programme 1 - Improvement – removing problems this is the first of two programmes designed to increase individual and corporate productivity. 
This learning, change and development programme is designed to focus on and remove issues that are negatively impacting on the organisation’s working environment.  The programme consists of the following learning modules:

o          Stress 4 optional courses
o          Behaviour 4 optional courses
o          Conflict 6 optional courses
o          Interpersonal Relations 4 optional courses
o          “Problem” Resolution 5 optional courses


Programme 2 - Improvement – increasing contribution this is the second programme designed to increase individual and corporate productivity. 
This learning, change and development programme is designed to focus on processes that will positively enhance the environment and productivity.  The programme consists of the following learning modules:

Creativity 4 optional courses
oProblem Solving & Decision making 5 optional courses
oCommunication skills 5 optional courses
oInformation (gathering, using, etc) – 5 optional courses

oApplication (quality & performance improvement) – 5 (Optional)
